The experience will take place at Castle Ivar, 2062 Ivar Avenue, Los Angeles

The experience will be held in an indoor venue, with outdoor spaces for short scenes.

VIP Ticket:
Start Time: 6:00pm
End Time: 11:00pm

The experience is designed to be COVID safe.

Unfortunately, at this time, the experience is not currently accessible for those who are hearing impaired.

All food (VIP) and beverages (all ticket types) are available onsite and are included in your ticket. 

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

All food items are nut and shellfish free

Tickets

Yes, if tickets are available they can be purchased on site.

Tickets are generally non-refundable. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

No. Please present your digital copy at check-in.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Please contact us to confirm the transfer.

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information.

Absolutely! Please contact us. We offer group discounts for groups of 8 or more.

For the safety and comfort of everyone, masks are recommended within the experience, but not required. We always follow the CDC guidelines to ensure a safe event.

It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.

Only service animals are permitted.

Unfortunately, the venue is a private residence and not ADA compliant.

It won’t be a problem as the experience is indoors.
